Those objects and establishments which directly or indirectly affect the society’s undisturbed quality of life called high-risk infrastructures. It might have serious consequences if these systems or other infrastructures were eliminated completely just for a short period of time.

The reconsideration of the protection plans of these establishments and objects needs professional and responsible mentality. It is an important social interest to reduce risks of the specified establishments against the phenomenon of nature, terror attacks and other crimes, in which Hungary and other governments of the European Union take an even more active part.
